Deep conditioners are creams or oils made especially to revive dull and dry hair. They help to restore moisture and maintain the strength of hair strands so that it is able to withstand day-to-day stressors (like curling irons, hair coloring, hair dryers etc) that comes with styling without sustaining damage. It is therefore advisable to deep condition hair once a week, especially for hair that is relaxed, chemically treated or constantly exposed to heat, to aid in healthy hair growth.
